Open the door. See what you love. Wear all of it.
Most people wear 20% of their wardrobe 80% of the time — partly because they can't see the other 80%. Our wardrobe organisation add-on transforms your wardrobe from a chaotic jumble into a curated, categorised, visible space. Declutter (with you, not for you). Categorise (work, casual, evening, seasonal). Hang (correctly spaced, colour-grouped, length-sorted). Fold (Marie Kondo-style for drawers). Store (out-of-season in vacuum bags, sentimental items in archive boxes). We supply hangers, vacuum bags, and archive boxes. PVG-checked crew, £5m liability.

More than just a tidy-up.
A genuine baseline reset for your home, delivered by people who actually know it.
Most people wear 20% of their wardrobe 80% of the time. The other 80% sits in the back of the wardrobe, unloved, unseen, taking up space. Partly it's habit (you reach for the same things). Partly it's invisibility (you can't see what you have because it's crammed in). Partly it's overwhelm (the wardrobe is so chaotic you don't know where to start). Our wardrobe organisation add-on fixes all of this. We work WITH you to declutter (not for you — that's your call). We categorise so you can see what you have. We hang correctly (spaced, colour-grouped, length-sorted) so everything is visible. We fold Marie Kondo-style so drawers are organised. We store out-of-season and sentimental items properly.
Our wardrobe organisation protocol follows professional stylist principles. Declutter: every item taken out, you decide keep/donate/bin/sentimental-archive (we facilitate, you decide — we never throw anything away without your explicit permission). Categorise: items grouped by type (work, casual, evening, activewear, sleepwear, outerwear) and by season (current season accessible, out-of-season stored). Hang: hung items correctly spaced (no cramming — clothes need air), colour-grouped within category (light to dark), length-sorted (long items on the left, short on the right, so the hem doesn't tangle with shorter items). Fold: drawer items folded Marie Kondo-style (upright rectangles, so you can see everything). Store: out-of-season in vacuum bags (saves 75% space), sentimental items in archive boxes (acid-free, for long-term preservation).
This is the perfect add-on after a life change (new job, new baby, weight change, divorce — wardrobe refresh helps), seasonally (swap summer wardrobe for winter wardrobe properly), before a house move (declutter before you pack, only move what you love), for new homeowners (set up the wardrobe properly from day one), and for anyone who has just had enough of the chaos. Add it as a one-off (typically 3-6 hours, depending on wardrobe size), or book alongside a recurring clean (annual wardrobe refresh). We supply velvet hangers (£1 each, the non-slip kind that save space), vacuum bags (£3 each, for out-of-season storage), and archive boxes (£8 each, acid-free for sentimental items). PVG-checked crew, £5m public liability, 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Every visit, room by room.
A baseline reset of your home's high-traffic zones — refined after the first three cleans to match your priorities.
Declutter — with you, not for you
Every item taken out of the wardrobe and laid out on the bed. We work through the items with you, one by one. For each item, you decide: KEEP (you love it, wear it, fits well), DONATE (good condition, you don't wear it), BIN (damaged, stained, beyond repair), SENTIMENTAL ARCHIVE (you don't wear it but can't part with it — wedding dress, baby clothes, inherited items). We facilitate the decision-making (ask the right questions: 'When did you last wear this?', 'Does it fit?', 'Do you love it?') but we never throw anything away without your explicit permission. Decluttering is emotional — we handle it with empathy.
Categorise — by type and season
Kept items categorised by type: work (suits, shirts, blouses, work trousers), casual (jeans, t-shirts, casual shirts, jumpers), evening (dresses, smart trousers, smart shirts), activewear (gym kit, yoga wear, swimwear), sleepwear (pyjamas, dressing gown), outerwear (coats, jackets, waterproofs). Within each type, categorised by season: current season accessible (front of wardrobe, eye-level), out-of-season stored (back of wardrobe or in vacuum bags). Categories separated by category dividers (we supply, £2 each) so you can see at a glance where each category starts and ends. The categorisation is the foundation of an organised wardrobe.
Hang — correctly spaced, colour-grouped
Hung items correctly spaced — no cramming (clothes need air to stay fresh and to be visible). We supply velvet hangers (£1 each, the non-slip kind that save space vs wooden hangers). All hangers matching (mixed hangers look chaotic and waste space). Within each category, items colour-grouped (light to dark, left to right) — so you can see at a glance what colours you have. Within each colour, items length-sorted (long items like dresses on the left, short items like shirts on the right) — so the hem doesn't tangle with shorter items. Hung items face the same direction. The result: a wardrobe that looks like a boutique, where everything is visible.
Fold — Marie Kondo-style for drawers
Drawer items folded Marie Kondo-style — into upright rectangles that stand on their own, so you can see every item at a glance (vs traditional stacking, where you only see the top item). T-shirts, tops, jeans, trousers, jumpers (lighter ones), pyjamas, underwear, socks (folded, not balled — balled socks lose elasticity) all folded upright. Items placed in drawers in rows, organised by colour or by type (your preference). Drawer dividers (we supply, £3 each) to keep categories separate within a drawer. The Marie Kondo method is genuinely transformative — you'll wear more of your wardrobe because you can actually see it.
Store — out-of-season and sentimental
Out-of-season items stored in vacuum bags (£3 each, we supply). Vacuum bags compress clothes by 75% — saves significant wardrobe space. Items washed before storage (never store dirty clothes — moths are attracted to body oils and food stains). Items placed in the bag, air vacuumed out with the pump (we supply), bag sealed. Labelled with contents and date. Stored at the top of the wardrobe or under the bed. Sentimental items (wedding dress, baby clothes, inherited pieces) stored in acid-free archive boxes (£8 each, we supply). Acid-free tissue paper wrapping (for delicate items). Stored in a cool, dry place (not the loft — temperature fluctuations damage fabric).
Hangers, vacuum bags & archive boxes supplied
We supply everything you need. Velvet hangers (£1 each) — non-slip, space-saving, uniform. Matching hangers make a wardrobe look instantly more organised. Vacuum storage bags (£3 each) — for out-of-season items, compresses by 75%. Pump included (we bring it, use it, take it away). Acid-free archive boxes (£8 each) — for sentimental items, acid-free tissue paper, prevents yellowing and deterioration over decades. Drawer dividers (£3 each) — to keep folded categories separate within a drawer. Category dividers for the hanging rail (£2 each) — to separate work, casual, evening, etc. All supplied at cost + 10% handling. You decide the budget, we deliver.
Add-ons available on any visit: oven cleaning, fridge clean-out, inside cabinets, laundry folding, ironing, pet area sanitisation, window interiors, and more — all bookable from your client portal.
From quote to first clean in 48 hours.
No pushy sales calls. No multi-week onboarding. Just a clear, four-step path to a cleaner home.
Consultation & wardrobe audit
Pre-booking consultation by phone or in person: wardrobe size, current pain points, your lifestyle (work wardrobe vs casual), sentimental items to archive, budget for hangers/bags/boxes. We'll suggest a plan: number of hangers, number of vacuum bags, number of archive boxes. You decide what to supply (some clients have their own hangers) and what we supply. Booking confirmed, supplies ordered (at cost + 10% handling). Pre-visit reminder sent 24 hours before.
Crew arrives & wardrobe empty
Crew arrives at the scheduled time. Wardrobe emptied onto a clean bedsheet on the bed (so clothes stay clean). Items sorted into temporary categories (work, casual, evening, etc.) on the bed. Wardrobe interior wiped clean (low-VOC chemistry). Wardrobe rails wiped. Drawers wiped. Any items needing repair flagged (missing button, loose hem, torn lining — we'll recommend a local seamstress). Supplies laid out ready. The empty wardrobe is the start of the transformation.
Declutter, categorise, hang, fold, store
Crew works with you: declutter (KEEP/DONATE/BIN/ARCHIVE decision per item), categorise (by type and season), hang correctly spaced and colour-grouped, fold Marie Kondo-style for drawers, store out-of-season in vacuum bags and sentimental items in archive boxes. The decluttering is the slow part — you decide on every item, we facilitate. The hanging and folding is faster. The whole process takes 3-6 hours depending on wardrobe size and how much you want to declutter.
Walk-through & maintenance guide
Crew lead walks you through the organised wardrobe. Every category explained. Donation bag handed over (you drop at the charity shop, or we can drop it for you, £5 fee). Archive boxes labelled and stored. Photo summary uploaded to your client portal. Maintenance guide provided (how to keep the wardrobe organised: re-declutter quarterly, swap seasonal storage, replace items you wear out). 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you want anything changed within 48 hours, we'll come back and re-organise it free. Annual refresh recommended.

Six commitments we make to every recurring client — written into your service agreement, not just our marketing.
Boutique-finish wardrobe — see everything you own
Matching velvet hangers, correctly spaced (no cramming), colour-grouped within category, length-sorted, all facing the same direction — a wardrobe that looks like a boutique. Drawers organised Marie Kondo-style — every item visible at a glance. The boutique finish means you can see everything you own, which means you wear more of it (most people wear 20% of their wardrobe 80% of the time — partly because they can't see the rest). Most clients are genuinely surprised how many clothes they have once the wardrobe is organised.
Declutter WITH you — empathetic, not bossy
We declutter WITH you, not for you. Every item is your decision — KEEP, DONATE, BIN, SENTIMENTAL ARCHIVE. We facilitate (ask the right questions: 'When did you last wear this?', 'Does it fit?', 'Do you love it?') but we never throw anything away without your explicit permission. Decluttering is emotional — clothes hold memories, gifts feel ungrateful to part with, 'I might fit into it again' is a powerful pull. We handle it with empathy, not bossiness. By the end, you have a wardrobe of items you love and wear — not a wardrobe of guilt.
Marie Kondo-style folding — see every item
Drawer items folded Marie Kondo-style — into upright rectangles that stand on their own. Items placed in drawers in rows, organised by colour or type, with drawer dividers to keep categories separate. The Marie Kondo method is genuinely transformative — you can see every item at a glance (vs traditional stacking, where you only see the top item). Most clients wear more of their wardrobe after Marie Kondo folding, simply because they can see it. The method works for t-shirts, tops, jeans, trousers, jumpers, pyjamas, underwear, and socks.
Sentimental items archived properly
Sentimental items (wedding dress, baby clothes, inherited pieces, your children's first outfits) stored in acid-free archive boxes with acid-free tissue paper. Acid-free storage prevents yellowing and deterioration over decades — standard storage boxes are acidic and slowly damage fabric. Items wrapped in acid-free tissue, placed in the archive box, labelled with contents and date. Stored in a cool, dry place (not the loft — temperature fluctuations damage fabric, not the garage — damp risk). Your sentimental items preserved for the next generation, the right way.
Out-of-season vacuum storage — 75% space saved
Out-of-season items (winter coats in summer, summer dresses in winter) stored in vacuum bags. Vacuum bags compress clothes by 75% — saves significant wardrobe space. Items washed before storage (never store dirty clothes — moths are attracted to body oils and food stains). Items placed in the bag, air vacuumed out, bag sealed. Labelled with contents and date. Stored at the top of the wardrobe or under the bed. Vacuum storage means your wardrobe only contains current-season items — easier to see, easier to choose, less overwhelm. Seasonal swap (spring and autumn) takes 30 minutes.
Velvet hangers supplied — space-saving, non-slip
We supply velvet hangers (£1 each) — the non-slip kind that save space vs wooden hangers (velvet hangers are 5mm thick, wooden hangers are 15-20mm thick — you fit 3x more clothes in the same space). All hangers matching (mixed hangers look chaotic and waste space). The velvet finish prevents clothes slipping off (especially silky fabrics, camisole straps, wide-neck tops). The slim profile means you can see more of your wardrobe at a glance. We bring the hangers, swap them over, take away your old hangers (we donate them to a local charity shop).

Loved by Scottish households.
“Wardrobe was a chaos of crammed clothes. Maundy Clean organised it in 5 hours (with me for the decluttering). Decluttered 40 items (donated to BHF). 30 matching velvet hangers. Marie Kondo folding in drawers. Out-of-season in vacuum bags. Boutique finish — I can see everything I own. Wearing clothes I'd forgotten I had. £110 + hangers well spent. Annual refresh booked.”
“After baby, my wardrobe was a mess of pre-pregnancy clothes that didn't fit, maternity clothes I was done with, and a few post-baby items. Maundy Clean helped me declutter (empathetic, not bossy — they understood the emotions). Pre-pregnancy items archived in vacuum bags (I'll wear them again). Maternity items donated. Current wardrobe organised by category. £110 + supplies. Feel like myself again.”
“Post-divorce wardrobe refresh — wanted a fresh start. Maundy Clean helped me declutter (items that reminded me of my ex, items that no longer fit my life). Donated 3 bin bags. Reorganised the rest — work, casual, evening, gym. Matching hangers. Vacuum storage for off-season. Archive box for sentimental items (dad's old jumper). £88 + supplies. Wardrobe feels like mine now, not ours. Genuinely therapeutic.”
