ISO 14644. Zero particulates. Zero compromise.
Cleanroom cleaning is the most technically demanding cleaning discipline there is. You're cleaning environments where a single particle can ruin a product, contaminate a batch, or fail an audit. Our cleanroom cleaning service is purpose-built for Scottish pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotech, medical device, and aerospace facilities — ISO 14644 compliant, audit-ready, and operated by cleanroom-trained specialists.

More than just a tidy-up.
A genuine baseline reset for your home, delivered by people who actually know it.
Cleanrooms are environments where particulate contamination is controlled to specified levels — and the cleaning of those environments is a technical discipline. A single particle of dust, a single microbe, a single chemical residue can ruin a pharmaceutical batch, contaminate a semiconductor wafer, fail a medical device audit, or compromise an aerospace component. The cleaning protocols are governed by ISO 14644 (the international standard for cleanroom cleanliness), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice for pharmaceuticals), and your specific industry regulator (MHRA for pharma, FDA if you export to the US, customer-specific standards for semiconductor and aerospace). Cleaning isn't just about appearance — it's about product quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Our cleanroom service covers every aspect of cleanroom cleaning. Daily cleanroom cleaning (mopping floors with cleanroom-grade disinfectant, wiping surfaces with sterile wipes, sanitising high-touch areas, restocking consumables). Deep clean (periodic full cleanroom deep clean — walls, ceilings, floors, all surfaces, with rotation of disinfectants to prevent resistance). Changeover cleaning (between batches, between shifts, between product changeovers). Pre-audit deep clean (before MHRA, FDA, or customer audit). Pre-qualification cleaning (before cleanroom certification or re-certification). Glove print monitoring support (we don't do the monitoring, but we clean so the monitoring passes). Particle count monitoring support (same — we clean so the counts stay low).
What sets us apart is cleanroom expertise. Our cleanroom cleaners are specifically trained — they understand gowning (correct donning and doffing of cleanroom garments), they understand contamination control (no cosmetics, no jewellery, no shedding fabrics, no paper outside designated areas), they understand the protocols (one-way wiping, sterile technique, disinfectant rotation, contact times). They use cleanroom-grade products (sterile, double-bagged, gamma-irradiated, with certificate of conformity). They use cleanroom-grade equipment (stainless steel buckets, autoclaved mops, sterile wipes, vacuum with HEPA exhaust). They understand the audit process (they know what an auditor will look at, and they clean to that standard every time). We carry £10m public liability (suitable for major industrial contracts). We're experienced working with pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotech, medical device, and aerospace cleanrooms.
Every visit, room by room.
A baseline reset of your home's high-traffic zones — refined after the first three cleans to match your priorities.
Daily cleanroom cleaning — floors, surfaces, high-touch
Daily cleanroom cleaning to ISO 14644 protocols. Floors: mopped with cleanroom-grade disinfectant (rotated weekly to prevent resistance — typically quaternary ammonium, phenolic, and chlorine-based on rotation), using one-way mopping technique (mop in one direction only, no back-and-forth — back-and-forth redistributes contamination), stainless steel buckets, autoclaved mops. Surfaces: wiped with sterile wipes ( polyester, low-particulate) and cleanroom-grade disinfectant. High-touch areas: sanitised (door handles, light switches — yes, even in cleanrooms). Consumables restocked (sterile wipes, disinfectant spray, sticky roller refills).
Deep clean — walls, ceilings & all surfaces
Periodic full cleanroom deep clean. Walls: wiped wall-to-wall (with sterile wipes and cleanroom-grade disinfectant — walls are often forgotten in daily cleaning but accumulate contamination). Ceilings: wiped where accessible (HEPA filter frames, light fittings, ceiling panels — with particular care not to disturb HEPA filters). Floors: deep-scrubbed with rotary machine (cleanroom-grade machine, autoclaved pads). All surfaces: detailed. Disinfectant rotation: full rotation cycle (typically 4-6 weeks) to prevent microbial resistance. Deep clean typically weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on cleanroom class and activity. Documentation of disinfectant rotation maintained.
Changeover cleaning — between batches & shifts
Changeover cleaning between batches, shifts, or product changeovers. Pharmaceutical: full clean-down between batches (critical for preventing cross-contamination — particularly for allergens, potent compounds, or different products). Semiconductor: full clean-down between wafer lots (particulate control is critical). Medical device: clean-down between product runs. Protocols specified by your SOP — we follow them absolutely. Disinfectant rotation considered (if the previous batch used a sporicide, we may rotate to a different class for changeover). Documentation of changeover clean (for batch records). Full gowning for changeover clean (often full cleanroom gowning — we don't cut corners).
Pre-audit & pre-qualification deep clean
Pre-audit deep clean before MHRA, FDA, customer audit, or ISO 14644 re-certification. Full cleanroom deep clean to audit-ready standard. Every surface detailed. Every area that an auditor might inspect cleaned to the highest standard. Disinfectant rotation documented. Clean logs audited and complete. We participate in audit preparation meetings if requested. We attend audit if requested (to answer cleaning-related questions). We've helped facilities pass MHRA, FDA, ISO 14644, and customer audits — references available. Pre-audit deep clean is typically booked 1-2 weeks before audit date.
Cleanroom-grade products & equipment
We use cleanroom-grade products throughout. Sterile, double-bagged, gamma-irradiated disinfectants (with certificate of conformity). Sterile polyester wipes (low-particulate, no shedding). Sterile mops (autoclaved, stainless steel handles). Stainless steel buckets (no plastic — plastic sheds). Cleanroom vacuum with HEPA exhaust (captured, not redistributed). No domestic products. No domestic equipment. No shortcuts. We source from specialist cleanroom suppliers (Contec, Texwipe, Micronclean — the industry standards). We can supply the products (with full documentation) or use products you supply — your choice.
Cleanroom-trained specialists & £10m liability
Our cleanroom cleaners are specifically trained — they understand gowning (correct donning and doffing of cleanroom garments, no cosmetics, no jewellery, no shedding fabrics), contamination control (one-way wiping, sterile technique, disinfectant rotation, contact times), and the audit process (they know what an auditor will look at). They're trained in cleanroom-specific risks (chemical handling, sterile technique, bio-safety cabinet awareness). They're not general cleaners — they're cleanroom specialists. We carry £10m public liability (suitable for major industrial contracts). We're experienced working with pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotech, medical device, and aerospace cleanrooms.
